I’m a creative and energetic professional with extensive experience in communications and advocacy with the U.S. and Australian governments, think tanks, non-profits, academia and multilateral institutions. I love translating nuanced policy and health issues so they resonate with funders, influencers, and policymakers.
I previously led comms for the global health team at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), a foreign policy think tank, served as policy adviser at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, led global vaccine and nutrition advocacy campaigns for the United Nations Foundation, 1,000 Days, and RESULTS, and worked in Southeast Asia on migration health for the United Nations.
I hold an undergraduate degree in medical science from the University of Technology Sydney, and a master’s degree with honors in International Health and graduate certificates in peace and conflict studies and health communications from the University of Sydney. Raised in Sydney, Australia, I spend my time in Washington D.C. exploring the city with my family and puppy and coming up with new creative projects.
I’m a citizen of Australia and Mexico, and reside in Washington, D.C. Find me on LinkedIn here!
